The Argentine Museum of Natural Sciences Bernardino Rivadavia is the main museum of natural sciences of the Argentine Republic. It was founded in 1812 and is located in the Centennial Park, in the neighborhood of Caballito, in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. In 2012 the Official Post Office of the Argentine Republic issued a series of postage stamps commemorating the 200th anniversary of the creation of the MACN. The Museum depends on CONICET
